Your Passion for Teaching Is Not a Poverty Sentence.

About the founder

I am Ojehomon Folashade Shike, but most people know me as Coach Shike.

For over a decade, I've stood in front of a primary school classroom in Nigeria, watching bright, capable teachers pour everything into their students while struggling to build the life they deserve for themselves. I've lived that tension too: the love for teaching, sitting right next to the quiet worry about what teaching alone could actually provide.

That tension is what led me to found Fruitful Educational Consult and Build Beyond Classroom Academy. Not to walk away from teaching, but to prove that a teacher's skills, experience, and heart for people are valuable far beyond the four walls of a classroom.

Today, I help Nigerian teachers do exactly that: build income, visibility, and a professional identity that goes beyond the classroom, without abandoning the calling that brought them into teaching in the first place.
